Writing on behalf of my parents who after my mother came out of hospital we needed to source and fit a stair lift quite quickly. Mark quickly arranged a home visit and started the ball rolling to arrange ordering and fitting. The stair lift was fitted within two weeks, we could have had it fitted quicker but circumstances meant we had to delay a few days. Max who fitted it was quick, efficient and friendly.
